TestFlight beta / 0.2.0 (85) / iOS 17+
All your health data. One place. Connects to your AI. Completely Free.
174 health metrics, your food diary and your training, in a single app that costs nothing, plus four free ways for your AI to read it. No account, no subscription, no paywall waiting a month in.
Invites go out in batches as builds are approved. One email when yours is ready, nothing else, ever.
Your health data shouldn't be a subscription.
Everyone has a body. Everyone should be able to see what their own devices have recorded about it, keep it somewhere they control, and get it out again, without a monthly bill, an ad break, or a feature they used last week disappearing behind a tier.
That is the entire argument. Marrow is free because charging for access to your own health record is the wrong business to be in. The things other apps sell back to you (barcode scanning, automated export, CSV, agent access) are the baseline here.
What the others charge for.
Every figure below was checked against the vendor's own pricing page or help centre in August 2026. If one of them changes, tell us and we'll correct it.

Sources: the Health Auto Export App Store listing and its MCP prerequisites; MyFitnessPal's pricing page and its export documentation. MyFitnessPal free accounts can still request a data download under GDPR/CCPA; the in-app CSV export is the Premium feature. Health Auto Export is a genuinely good app and got to MCP before we did. The difference is who has to pay for it.
Most health apps read a dozen things. Marrow reads everything.
Your watch, ring, scale and phone have been recording for years, and almost none of it is visible in an app you would actually open. Every dot below is one metric Marrow reads.
- Nutrition4339 nutrients, glucose, insulin
- Symptoms39the complete HealthKit set
- Activity29steps, power, cadence, daylight
- Cycle14reproductive health

- Sleep1one stream, every stage
Thirteen are on at first launch. The rest is one switch in Settings, so day one is not a 174-row consent sheet.
Four ways in. All of them free.
Marrow runs a Model Context Protocol server on your iPhone. Point Claude, Cursor or any MCP client at it and ask real questions of real data. Nothing is exported, uploaded, or pasted into a chat.
Health Auto Export's MCP server requires Premium. Ours is free, and so are the other three ways out.
health_summaryRecent days: activity, heart, sleep, nutritionlist_metricsEvery metric tracked, with units and coveragemetric_dailyDaily values for any metric, up to 400 daysmetric_samplesRaw records with timestamps and sourcesworkoutsAll workouts plus set-by-set strength detailnutrition_logFood diary with full nutrient breakdownBearer-token auth, local network only. The server is off until you turn it on.
Agents (MCP)
Your assistant queries the phone. Six read-only tools, one paste to pair.
Automated
Scheduled pushes to any URL you name. Runs with the app closed.
Your own server
One Python file, on hardware you own. It speaks MCP too.
Manual files
CSV, JSON and GPX on demand. No tier check, no email-me-a-zip.
The four cards on Marrow's Export tab, not a marketing list. Agent access alone runs three ways: on the phone, on a server you own, or through a relay that answers while the phone is in your pocket.
Steps, energy, flights29
HR, HRV, ECG, events13
Speed, asymmetry, stairs8
SpO₂, rate, spirometry7
It all stays on the phone.
There is no Marrow account, no Marrow login, and no Marrow server holding your history. The database lives on your iPhone. Every statistic, baseline and trend is computed there.
No sign-up, ever
Install it and it works. There is nothing to create, nothing to verify, and no password to lose.
Your data goes where you send it
Export to CSV or JSON, or point Marrow at your own server or webhook. The destinations are yours; there is no default that phones home.
What happens to a food photo
Photo meal logging is the only feature that sends anything out, and only the food goes with it: the image is re-encoded twice, which drops the EXIF block, so location, camera and timestamp stay behind. Nothing is kept once the food is identified, and the only thing sent alongside is a random install ID. Barcode, search and manual entry never leave the phone.
Works with what you already own.
Anything that writes to Apple Health shows up in Marrow, which is nearly everything. An iPhone on its own is already enough. You probably don't need to buy a thing.

- Nike Run Club
Every logo belongs to its owner. Marrow is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them; the list is simply what writes into Apple Health.
